Multis UK Limited is looking for a reliable Customer Support team member to help users of our online marketplace projects.
Form of employment: part-time, full-time, contract
Location: Remotely
Job responsibilities:
Responding to customer questions by email and online channels
Helping users with advertisements, accounts and marketplace features
Reviewing reported content and escalating technical or safety issues
Working with internal administration tools
Cooperating with development and marketing teams
Requirements:
Good written English
Clear and friendly communication
Reliable and responsible approach
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Advantage:
Previous customer support or marketplace experience
Additional languages
Experience with online classifieds, e-commerce or social platforms
Experience using AI tools for support and content review
